Housemate Program

We have decided to offer a Housemate Program for those of you who would like to secure a room at The Drake or Anderson Court. We understand that some may be hesitant to sign a lease on their own. Our Housemate Program gives you peace of mind with the knowledge that you can sign your own lease and only be responsible for your room and your rent! Whether you are new to Davis or are having trouble finding roommates, The Drake and Anderson Court are able to provide you with a home away from home. Please contact us ASAP for more information on our roommate program as we do have a limited number of spots and they fill quickly!
