“This is my first year living at Anderson Court Apartments and I am loving all the different aspects of it.  First of all, it is so close to Savemart and Safeway, as well as many restaurants and even a CVS within a ten minute walking distance.  If that’s not convenient, I don’t know what is.  Then, the bus stop locations are so convenient and ideal—across or just down the street from the apartments!  But I think the best feature of these newly renovated apartments are the friendly and available main office staff as well as the maintenance crew.  Kristen, Kerrie, and Kevin always greet me with a smile whenever I enter the main office with inquiries—and they always do their best to fix problems within the apartment and address all of my concerns in a very timely and reasonable manner.  They also bring festivity around the holidays by making treats available in the office during those times (and they actually have snacks in the office for all tenants everyday!).  I especially like the good luck messages sent around finals and other testing times as encouragement.  I am so happy to have chosen to live at Anderson Court for the environment, location, and the wonderful staff who are always friendly and available to address all questions and concerns with a smile!” — Pinky

Drake and Anderson Court are the best apartments for students in Davis.  I have been living here for two years and have felt completely content with all the apartment and staff has offered.  It has been a pleasure living here.  Thank you.—Dan

I love living here. It’s so close to the bus stops and the Anderson plaza, and the staff is so friendly. They get things done and they’re always looking for ways to improve, even though the degree of professionalism and awesomeness are already pretty high. They take care of us…with nachos and chili. Mmm. And cupcakes! My friends and I have had lots of fun here, and it’s a place that we look forward to going back to after classes or a hard day. —Robbin

I’ve lived in Anderson Court Apartments for 2 1/2 years and I really enjoy it here.  The location is extremely convenient for getting to campus, either by bike or bus.  The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.  I’ve yet to see the interior of an apartment that is as updated as those at Anderson Court.  The pool area is always tidy and clean.  Overall, I’ve had a great experience living at Anderson Court Apartments. —Anonymous
